Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                 
the House consider the Senate message (page 571) on the following:

     "An Act relating to display, folding, presentment, and retirement

Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                              
amendment to HB 98, thus adopting SCS HB 98(STA), and                                                                           
recommended that the members vote yes.
